Still I went on to make the payment without (redeem coupons) but the amount was deducted the rest I've explained above. Earlier we have ordered a cheese burst pizza in which we found hair and your store manager came and identify the same. This is not the first time your employee named Pooja Mishra has misbhaved. We have ordered a non veg pizza but i dont know why your employee has given me a veg pizza and when i aksed your employee to send your executive to replace a wrong pizza than she replied that " hamare yahan koi udd ke nahi aata" which is not a helath conversation between customer and a employee. I request the Staffs of the Manyata Tech Park to go and TEACH some Etiquette The Pizza was tasteless and even the Staffs was also not co-operative. Last time I had the Pizza in New BEL Road, Bangalore, and that was the worst experience of the Pizza of my whole Life.
